At Bright Child we support active and creative exploration to help progress independence, self-confidence and imagination. We teach our children how grow life skills and emotions with active play.  Our teachers allow children to learn at their own pace and in ways that benefit their unique personalities.

We have a focus on expanding each child's emotional development to see assist in supporting the ability to be able to describe how they are feeling. We find this develops a positive sense of self and friends, making a difference throughout their life. Bright Child has a focus on developmental stages throughout the length of time your child is with us. These developmental stages are:

1. Social: Bright Child hopes to provide an atmosphere where children feel comfortable in school, trust their environment, make friends and feel part of the group.
2. Emotional:  We hope to help children experience pride and self-confidence, develop independence and self-control and to display a positive attitude.
3. Cognitive: Children need active and at times self directed play to become confident learners at Bright Child we allow children try out their own ideas and experience success, and to help them acquire problem-solving skills. At Bright Child we allow children to ask questions and give words to describe their ideas, observations and feelings.
4. Physical: Allowing children increase their large and small muscle skills can assist a child in feeling confident about what their bodies can do. At Bright Child we have fenced outdoor playground with plenty of room to explore. On the days where weather doesn't permit we have a large indoor area we bring the children to get their wiggles out attached to our facility.
