Meet our Bright Child Staff

Ms. Michelle - Director

I have been working in the childcare industry on and off since 1997. I have 2 children Levi and Shelby. I love that I am able to be where my children are and getting to pop in and see them is a definite plus! I started at Bright Child in October of 2014 and have loved every minute of it. In my spare time I like to go up to our camper, read, crochet and spend time with family.

Ms. Brianne - Bright Beginnings Kindergarten Readiness Teacher/Assistant Director

I have been working with children for 13 years, two of those years have been spent with Bright Child. I have a daughter who is 13 and a little guy that is almost 1. I love watching the children I work with grow and learn. It feels great to be a part of their development. The look on their faces when they learn something new is priceless and working with them means I get to be a kid again at times. I hope to make learning as fun as possible with a focus on hands on activities. Parent teacher communication I feel is essential piece for my classroom to succeed. I love being a role model and setting an example.

Ms. Kelly - Infant Room Teacher

I have been in childcare for 14 years, 4 of which have been with Bright Child. I have 3 children of my own who are grown. I love that kids make everyday fun and different. I'd like to think I can make the same impact on them. I want to make sure the kids are happy away from their families.

Ms. Sue - Aide

I have a background working with children for 18 years, 8 of those months I have been with Bright Child. I have children of my own 18, 15 and 13. I have my First Aid and CPR Certification. I love seeing the children smile, and their reactions when they accomplish something. I truly enjoy knowing I help them learn. I focus on keeping the babies as clean as possible while they play and learn.

Ms. Amy- School Age Teacher

I have worked with children for 23 years, 4 1/2 of those year have been spent with Bright Child. I have children of my own (15 and 18 years old). I truly love learning from the kids I work with as much as they learn from me as each as their own unique personalities and ideas. I want to be able to connect with all the students and give them what they need.

Ms. Sierra - Experienced Aide

I've lived in Princeton all of my life and graduated from Princeton High School. I am now living in Pease with my Fiancé Kyle and puppy Bandit. I like to go swimming on hot days, bake goodies, and sleep. I have worked in every classroom at Bright Child and am currently working with the school age children. I have been at Bright Child for almost 2 years.

Ms. Tammy - Teacher & Office Support

I have been working in childcare for about 4 years. I have been with Bright Child 1 of those years. I enjoy working with children because no two days are the same. I enjoy building up the children's self-esteem and helping them learn new things. I currently spend time working in the office and am in all the classrooms to give breaks. I also take time to serve lunch to the kids.

Ms. Brittany - Aide

I have been in childcare for 3 years. I am new to the Bright Child team. Kids make things enjoyable, fun and full of laughter. I enjoy this because it keeps me young at heart. I love seeing kids grow and learn new things. I hope I can make learning innovative and fun for the Bright Child kids.

Ms. Jolie - Aide

I have worked in childcare for 5 years, 5 weeks of which have been with Bright Child. I love working with kids because I get to laugh, play, and learn alongside them. As I teach them the simple stuff, they help me see a whole new perspective. I love seeing them grow and develop. I hope to help the kids reach new goals everyday, and help them to take the steps to reach the next level.

Ms. April - Infant Room Teacher

I have been working with children for about 4 years. Before Bright Child I was a nanny for 5 years. I am currently attending St. Cloud State University for Early Childhood Education anticipating graduation of May 2019. My husband and I enjoy spending our time with our three nieces playing games and attending horse shows. My favorite part of my job is listening to parents tell stories of their infants achievements.
